About us
The OCF is a young chocolate producer of, mainly, organic products which are also vegan and gluten free. We see ourselves as a private label producer for the retail. We are also a very suitable supplier for the food industry.
Products
The OCF produces many kinds of organic and vegan chocolates in a gluten free factory. Our regular assortment contains brown and white chocolate made with ricemilk, alternatively sweetened chocolate and a dark chocolate sweetened with date sugar in stead of canesugar.
Quality
The OCF produces from a modern factory in Holland and is fully certified both IFS as Skal (Organic). Besides that all our production is gluten free. Certificates can be downloaded here.
Product development
Product development is a very important part of the OCF. We work with more than ten different kinds of chocolate, each with it’s own unique features. Furthermore new products are presented regularly like for example our delicious praline, a unique filling for organic, vegan and gluten free chocolates!
The proces
Moulded products
The process of filling moulds with chocolate. Most of our seasonal products like Xmas wraths, Easter eggs en St Nikolaus chocolates are made this way. Almost every shape you can think of is available in a mould.
Coated products
The process of coating a center with chocolate. Think of chocolate coated nuts & fruits, cornflakes, small cookies or freeze dried fruits.
Enrobing
The process of covering a product under a “shower” of chocolate. Suitable for larger products like cookies, mango strips ore dates.
